I don't know what this plant is called, but whenever I see it, I want to stop and just gaze at it. It's so cute.This one happened to be blooming in our neighbor's concrete yard, so I snuck a picture.
The plant has a bright orange balloon-like hollow ball hanging from it. I took this picture in the fall or sometime before that, so it's no longer in our neighbor's yard. I think they must have pulled it out.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I've read several of her books; they're interesting as documentaries of real crime but her writing isn't that great. That reminds me, there was this psychologist author that wrote books about his real cases; his books were really interesting, but I forgot the name. Were you the one that recommended him?

I thought she was pretty good, since she seems to know what she's talking about. I like the way she develops her characters, but the storytelling could be better.
